Ozone Test Chamber

The chamber generates ozone using a high-efficiency ozone generator and maintains accurate ozone concentration through an advanced control system. Test specimens are exposed to controlled ozone levels for a predetermined duration while maintaining constant environmental conditions. During testing, samples may be kept in either a static or dynamic (stretched) state, depending on the applicable testing standard and product requirements.

Ozone exposure can cause surface cracking, discoloration, loss of elasticity, reduced tensile strength, and other forms of material deterioration, particularly in rubber and elastomeric products. The Ozone Test Chamber helps identify these effects quickly through accelerated testing, reducing product development time and improving quality assurance.
